Mellow is a wellness tool and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or emergency services. If you may be in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with service operation.
Mellow may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings.
All software, design, trademarks, and content in Mellow are owned by Mellow or its licensors.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security, or legal reasons.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protections require otherwise.
